• Payment: Payment is made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment details will be sent after booking confirmation.
• Minimum participants: Certain tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not reached, we will offer alternatives or a full refund.

• Cancellation up to 7 days before: Full refund, no charge
• Cancellation 3–7 days before: 50% refund of tour cost
• Cancellation less than 3 days before: No refund
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or alternative date.
• Weather conditions: In case of cancellation due to extreme weather, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

We make every effort to provide a quality and safe service, but:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property during tours
• Participants are responsible for their health and physical fitness to participate
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

All site content, including texts, images, logos, videos and graphics, is protected by copyright and belongs to GoCrete or our suppliers. You may not copy, distribute or use content without prior written permission.
